Just follow the steps given below:
(a) Add To Cart: You will find links to browse list and more detailed product- specific searches on the online store page. When you find an item that interest you click on 'ADD TO CART' below the item. If you wish to view the details of a particular product, you can click on the product image.
You also have an option of buying your selected titles in future, by clicking on the 'ADD TO LIST' button.
(b) View Shopping Cart: Once you have added all the products to your cart, you can view the content of your cart by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' after clicking on the 'My Account' link on the top right-hand side.
1) Update or remove any title/ product you have chosen.
2) CONTINUE SHOPPING by clicking on the button appearing on the bottom left-hand corner.
3) PROCEED TO CHECKOUT once you have finalized your title/s to be ordered.
1) Against every individual title we have given two options for 'Shipping Address' --- a) Ship to Self (Billing Address) b) Edit (Other than billing address).
2) Select a shipping address where you want the order to be delivered to you. If you have not added a shipping address then click on 'Edit' given against every individual title and you can add multiple addresses on your Shipping Address.
3) Please re-check the total number of items and the total amount of your final order.
4) The available 'Shipping Mode' will be displayed for your choice.

5) Choose your shipping address.

b) Cheque/Demand Draft/Money Order to make your final payment.
Credit Card - Your card will be charged the day your order is shipped out to you.

Your credit card will have an "Open To Buy" Authorisation, which is equal to your invoice amount accept for releasing soon on DVD titles i.e. pre-order. Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to the number of DVDs sent out to you. Kindly ensure that your name, street address, zip code and CVV number match with your information currently on record with your credit card issuer. The order may not be processed if there are any discrepancies. Click only once on the button. If clicked multiple times the card will be charged accordingly.
If you provide any incorrect info the card won't be accepted and the status will show "Payment Declined - Credit Card". In such a case you won't have any facility to edit the credit card info and you will have to place a new order again.
IMPORTANT: Please preserve your Order No. with the order date. When you want to track the status of your order, the customer service representative will ask you for your Order no. & the date.

If any of our DVDs received by the customer is faulty, then within 15 days of the receipt, please send back the defective piece with the order no. and the date of its purchase to the address mentioned below. (There will be no cash/credit refund for the same.) Please bear in mind that if the faulty DVD/DVDs are returned after 15 days of its receipt, we at Eros Entertainment will hold no responsibility for the returned piece. Also remember one side of the shipping charges related to returning the defective DVD/DVDs will be borne by the customer.
